Drivers, Salespeople and Builders

Salespeople
Requirements:

Must be able to sell products such as interior and exterior doors, moulding, custom millwork, stair components and hardware.

We are seeking highly organized, self motivated people who work independently to cultivate and maintain customer relationships. Must have strong management and thorough communication skills.

Able to identify and generate sales leads and opportunities by prospecting and networking.

Create, build and foster relationships with customers and vendors.

Drive and willingness to successfully seek out new sales opportunities based on, but not limited to, research of clients and upcoming projects, competition in the industry, being able to identify client needs through impeccable attention to detail, staying current with new trends and how they can benefit clients all through networking and research.

Help to resolve customer obstacles in a patient and diplomatic matter by analyzing, evaluating and interpreting and presenting viable solutions.

Driver Requirements:

Must be able to load box trucks and/or pick up trucks with direction and deliver materials/goods with excellent customer service.

Must be able to lift over 40lbs

Must have a clean driving record and pass a background test.

Monday-Friday; local driving around Central Florida.

Sales process may look similar to:

Prospecting new customers.

Evaluate customer’s needs and matching them with the products and services we provide.

Field verification at the job site.

Help sourcing and ordering special and stock materials.

Facilitate scheduling and coordinating delivery in a timely manner.

Track existing orders, hit delivery dates and ensure that orders are promptly charged to clients.

Monitor project status to completion and until client needs are satisfied.

Qualifications:

Ability to communicate with customers, sales representatives, vendors and fellow team members in a timely and efficient manner.

Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Ability to problem solve and be a creative thinker.

Strong attention to detail with a high degree of organizational and time management skills.

Self motivated.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills centered on customer service.

Positive attitude and ability to problem solve.

Strong computer skills necessary.

Prior millwork, lumberyard or similar industry experience is encouraged, but not required.
